August Team Workout Schedule

As of July 20th – Subject to change with little notification, check with your coach.

We do not know what tryouts or the fall season will look like at this time. Teams are working out making the most of their opportunity to work together. On July 14th the OHSAA tweeted that Golf, Tennis, and Volleyball are a go because they are a non-contact sport. The OHSAA is waiting on guidance from the Governor on the sports of Soccer, Football and Cross Country. At this time there will not be a parent meeting. All information is on FinalForms.

July Schedule 

Athletic Trainer

Will be on campus from 3pm – 8pm on Monday through Friday

 

High School Volleyball

Monday and Wednesday from 8am – 10am  until July 22nd.

Tryout Date: August 3rd, 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

 

Middle School Volleyball

Open Gyms July 6, 8, 13, 15, 27, 29 from 4pm – 6pm at middle school gym. July 20 and 22 will be at the track from 5pm – 6pm (because of gym floors being refinished)

Tryout Dates: August 3rd, 4th, & 5th (3:30-5:30). Practice will start August 10th.

 

High School and Middle School Cross Country

Cross Country will start July 16th at Smith Park at 9am. This will then be daily Monday through Friday.

 

Boys Soccer

Monday and Wednesdays from 6pm – 7:30PM

 

Girls Soccer

Tuesday and Thursdays from 6pm – 8pm

Reminders
Make sure that if you are not feeling well, please stay home. Contact me and let me know and keep me updated.
We will continue to check in before every practice. I will take your temperature. Have your mask on.
Always have your mask. You will wear it when you check in, while you are in meetings and when you are in the building.
Make sure you have a change of clothes. Shirts, socks, underwear and a towel. All cloth needs to be taken home every night and needs to be washed.
Sanitize hands when possible.
Bring a lunch to practice.
Have your own water bottle. Absolutely no sharing!
Have your rides here at the appropriate time.
Limit time in the training room. Only go there if you are injured or need ice.
HAVE FUN! We have the opportunity to play football. We can’t control what may come. We can only control what is right in front of us. Stay healthy and have fun!

Middle School Football

August 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 – Report at 3:00pm. Practices 3:15pm – 6:00pm. Must have a current physical on file, register with FinalForms, bring cleats and tennis shoes, bring your own water bottle, hae a signed COVID 19 Waiver, must wear a mask until practice starts.

 

Girls Tennis

Open Courts Wednesdays from 6pm – 8pm, Saturdays from 9am – 11am

 

Boys Golf

First practice is August 3rd from 9am to 10:30am at Windy Knoll.

 

High School Cheer Practices (Varsity and JV)

First Practice is August 3rd from 6:30am – 8:30am at the Stadium.

 

Middle School Cheer Practices

August 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 17, 19, 20 from 6pm to 8pm at Stadium.

 

High School Girls Basketball

Conditioning and Lifting Monday and Wednesdays at 3pm. Open Gyms on Thursdays at 3pm

 

High School Boys Basketball

Open Gyms Tuesdays 5pm – 7pm, Thursday 3:30pm – 5:30pm.
