Phase II for Individual Workouts Begins June 15th

As we move to Phase II with individual workouts the only thing that changes is the total number of athletes that can workout. Teams will still workout in groups of no more than 10, but there may be two or three groups of ten working out at the same time. The most important thing is again social distancing at all times. As some workout times increase, it is important to bring enough water to get through the workout. Check with coaches for specific details. The schedule below is subject to change based on a number of factors. Please check regularly.


Important Reminders:

*Must have a waiver on file to workout this summer

*Must have a current Physical on File come August 1st. Schedule now to get this taken care of. You can check on FinalForms to see when your physical expires if you participated in athletics last school year.
