Starting June 1st some teams will be holding individual workouts. We are limited to 10 people at a time during Phase I. Phase I will be June 1st to June 12th. If things go well we may be able to go to Phase II. We have many things to follow in each Phase. Some teams are opting to hold off for various reasons. We have created a section on the Athletic Website. To get information on the Phases, waiver, requirements and schedules, go to the tab titled MORE. In that section you will see a drop down menu, in there you will go to the section titled, Opening Athletics 2020. Here you will find the Waiver that must be signed by the athlete and parent before working out along with the Phase Requirements. Workouts are scheduled by coaches so reach out to your coach if you have not heard from them. You cannot just show up to workout, because of the numbers we are limited to.
- You should be scheduled with a coach
- Signed Waiver
- Your own water bottle, filled
- Mask (or face cover) to wear in and out, not during workouts
- Clothes you are working out in, no locker rooms
- Keep Social Distance 6 feet or more
We will look at middle school sports after July 4th. Please keep checking the schedule under Opening Athletics 2020.
